Due to the granite stone steps leading down to the apartment, we do not recommend it for young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Indoor outdoor living..
3 Clearwater is our vibrant hidden gem perfect for a peaceful holiday whilst remaining close to the action. After parking your car in the property’s private space you will find the entrance on the next street over, Talland road, through the secure gate and onto the outside decking where you will instantly be greeted with the prodigious views out to sea. Ample comfortable seating here enables it to be the perfect spot for a morning coffee or early evening tipple.
Down the open granite staircase, you will find the open lower decking with pebbled terraces that mimic a hidden beach. The bifold doors into the main open-plan living spaces can be completely opened up to create an indoor-outdoor living area to relish during the spring/summer months. Ample lounge seating flows superfluously into the open kitchen/dining area for those easeful summer family gatherings.
Just off the kitchen is the first double bedroom with en suite shower room, which continues the warm, summery aesthetic of the home. At the other end of the kitchen is a small hallway leading to the second king bedroom and larger family bathroom.

3 Clearwater is perfectly situated just a few moment's walk to Porthminster Beach and St Ives train station. You are also only a short stroll down the hill to experience the famous cobbled streets and turquoise waters of St Ives harbour front.

The apartment was easy to find when driving into st ives. Parking is in front which was so easy to drive out of st ives to explore Cornwall.
You enter the building from the rear into the balcony and down the steps. The steps are steep we have no issues and we did have children with us.
We loved the balcony and view is was amazing.
Walk to the only 5 minutes away but if you never been to st ives it is hilly- ( so it’s take long all depending on fitness and the amount of stuff you are carrying)
Apartment clean and spacious
Amazing shower in main bathroom. Good Internet which is a bonus with children and Netflix.
We went May to June weather was warm.

Fabulous stay! The apartment was clean and spacious. Location is great - very short walk into town. Car parking space is very handy and easy to find. Loved the outdoor space with the view across to the sea. Highly recommend.
Just had the loveliest week in St Ives. The accommodation was spacious and clean with home from home touches such as a washing machine, iron and board, clothes airer and a dishwasher. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfy. Added bonus of towels for the bathrooms so only needed beach towels. The location is great, 5 minutes walk down to town and harbour also about 5 minutes walk down to porthminster beach. We would definitely book again.

Lisa is certainly a super host. The flat was amazing, so clean, well organized, and convenient to St Ives city center. We could walk to many attractions with ease. The parking space was a big bonus to this rental. We had a great time!

Really lovely place to stay in St Ives. Perfectly situated, easy to get into town and to the beach, just a short walk and a nice distance away from all the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was lovely and clean with great amenities. We were 2 adults and a 1 year old baby. Really good communication from Sandy Toes, they were also kind enough to rent us a highchair and travel cot so we didn't need to pack these. Would glady stay here again.
This is one of the best places we have stayed in, we tried to extend the stay but it was booked up. Great clean place, well located and very homely. 10/10. We will defo be back.
