Rosewall Farmhouse is arranged over two floors and has a very spacious and open plan feel to the place. It's the perfect spot for a big family get together with a large fully equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy afternoon drinks or the evening sun. In the main lounge there is a cozy wood burner perfect for chilly nights and upstairs a second lounge area with large sofa for movie nights. With an amazing patio door and private balcony this outlook catches glimpses of the Cornish coast line in the distance. The farm is located on the edge of St Ives where the countryside meets the town.
It benefits from being a very private spot but also super close to the town to make it easy to dip in and out when you like. With one double bedroom located on the ground floor with access to downstairs shower room near the rear entrance to the farmhouse. The open plan kitchen leads into the lounge and also the additional space of the conservatory at the front of the farmhouse overlooking the front garden. Three further bedrooms located on the first floor including a king, double and a children's bunk room. The ample sized family bathroom complete with separate shower and roll top bath are also located on the first floor.
A perfect place..
Rosewall Farmhouse is situated on a quiet farm and away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives. The most farming activity that you will notice will be the tractor cutting the Hay fields that surround the house over the summer months, also a herd of Alpaca's nearby if you want to wander up the lane and introduce yourself!
St Ives is just a half hour walk away or a five minute walk to the coastal foot path heading towards Zennor.
We had a fantastic stay with our extended family. It’s the perfect location if you want space but still be close enough to all the action of St Ives. Great place to stay with children, they were delighted with the house and garden!
