Wharf side apartment..

This stylish and luxury one bedroom apartment for couples is located on the first floor from The Wharf. Wolf Rock is located at the quieter end of The Wharf and Harbour in St Ives with awesome unobstructed views right across the harbour. So lie in bed and enjoy the view of Smeatons Pier, the fishing boats, right over to the Lifeboat Station.

The fully equipped open plan living area has everything you would expect. Oak flooring, induction hob, integrated electric oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, Inset twin butler sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Smart TV with free Netflix, Sonos Surround system.

Climb the hardwood staircase with glass panels, to the spacious king size bed with open-vaulted beams. Two sash and case windows offer incredible views from Wolf Rock's bed right across the Harbour. Mood lighting, twin bedside tables and wall mounted TV make this a wonderful contemporary space.

The luxury bathroom offers oversized walk in rainfall shower and a heated towel rail, WC, sink and washing machine.

 

A perfect place..

Wolf Rock is the perfect hub for exploring St Ives and beyond. It is in very close proximity to all of the amenities the town has to offer and just a stones throw away from some of the best restaurants, pubs and bars St Ives has to offer. Harbour beach is located directly on your doorstep and the famous Tate St Ives and Porthmeor beach just a five minute walk away.

It is also the perfect place to relax at any time of day. You can watch the world go by, enjoy the water lapping at the shore with the colourful St Ives bay boats bobbing on the crystal blue water and then at night watch the scenery transform with the wharfs colourful lights reflecting off the waves, all from the comfort of Wolf Rock.

We have just enjoyed a fab 3 night stay at Wolf Rock. The location was superb and the views over the harbour just stunning - whatever the weather! It was wonderful to have the sea views whilst enjoying the lounge and from laying in bed watching the sunrise. The apartment was beautifully furnished and absolutely spotless - great facilities, was lovely watching films and seeing the sea ebb and flow outside the apartment window. Plenty to do in St. Ives, so much so that our car did not move once, some really fab bars, restaurants and cafes plus lovely independent shops. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and we would definitely book another stay here again. Simply perfect!

Blown away by our stay at Wolf Rock, st Ives! The apartment is fantastic, right on the beach with unbelievable views and close to many good restaurants and bars. The hosts were super responsive too. Would not hesitate to return next time we visit st Ives (which we will!)… We just wish we’d stayed longer !

This was our second stay at Wolf Rock and it was as much of treat the second time as the first! The beautiful and very comfortable interior is as charming as the view of the harbour and town from both downstairs and upstairs. And all communications were excellent. We hope to visit again soon!

Step inside the cosy Buttonhole..

This wonderful home is set over three floors and enjoys a tucked away location within much-loved St Ives. Arrive into the inviting living, dining and kitchen area, which offers space to gather together and enjoy each others company. Freshly painted decor and modern coastal art, surf board breakfast bar make for an uplifting environment. Completed with a cosy corner seat and a wood burning stove for those warm cosy winter breaks.

Heading upstairs, the first floor contains the first of the two bedrooms at the property, with 2 single beds and original glazed corner shelves. The modern wet room shower floor, complete with WC and basin is located next door. The top floor is accessed via the twin bedroom. A second staircase up to the primary bedroom which oozes quality with stylish furniture, thoughtful touches and a modern en- suite hidden behind a sliding oak framed mirror.

With an outside shower head and wet-suit hanging space outside the front door, this additional extra is perfect for those looking to enjoy the nearby surf and water sports in St Ives. The new owners have certainly stamped creativity and enjoy the cottage with their young family.

Please note that due to the compact nature of the kitchen there isn't a washing machine or dishwasher. 

The coffee machine takes Vertuo Nespresso pods.

 

A perfect place..

Buttonhole is set within the infamous Downalong characterful streets of St Ives and just a pebbles throw from the harbour, Smeatons Pier, Bamaluz and Porthgwidden beach. You will feel truly immersed in the hustle and bustle of all that St Ives harbour has to offer.

I stayed in this beautiful cottage last weekend with my mum and son.
After scattering my dad’s ashes on Friday then heading down to st ives it was a fantastic weeked.
The cottage itself is spotlessly cleaning and in the most amazing place.
Its perfect for a couple or a family of 4.
It has 3 beaches within 2 minute walk.
This little cottage comes highly recommended on my part.

We visited Buttonhole last week as a last-minute trip to be with my dad on end of life care. The communication was incredible, and Lisa, who helped us, was brilliant. Buttonhole is so close to the harbour and comes with great facilities. The thought and design that has gone into it has made use of every inch of space. Would comfortably sleep 4 with a king size double bed at the top of the house, with private bathroom and beautiful waterfall shower.
Would highly recommend not only the cottage but Sandy Toes.

Newly renovated, vibrant and colourful cottage..

The compact and bijou ground floor welcomes you to a living room, custom crafted kitchen cabinetry, a window seat, one-off pieces of furniture, prints and artwork filling Libby Cottage's with a profusion of colour and personality, all of which culminate in a home that’s not only unique, but also extremely inviting. The kitchen is small but perfectly formed and doesn't compromise on the essentials such as an integrated washing machine and dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, induction hob and an oven with grill and air frying capabilities.

Three bedrooms offers space for five guests, with a first floor shower room and WC and a double bedroom with panelled walls and a re-creation of some of the previous owners artwork and hidden gems. The second floor has a further double bedroom with exposed rafters high ceiling and a small double 4ft bedroom ideal for a teenager. Here you can spend your days exploring the winding streets and narrow lanes of the town, ducking in and out of art galleries, perusing boutiques and sampling local eateries.

The new owners have certainly stamped their own quirky, fun and fabulous style on Libby's Cottage in the past 12 months. With the location as great ever you are only just a minutes walk from Porthgwidden or Porthmeor Beach. Due to the compact nature of the cottage with original features and stairs we will accept one small behaved dog at the property. A perfect bolthole for a family holiday or for a couple in the quieter winter months looking for somewhere more imaginative than the usual ‘themed’ cottages in St Ives.

Also with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and local shops just a stones throw away this cottage makes for a perfect stay for families without any need to use your car. Just perfect for relaxing and enjoying everything that St Ives has to offer.

We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. Libby's Cottage is beautifully presented with thoughtful decor and amenities. Super easy to find and in the heart of St Ives. Lovely welcome gifts on arrival too. As others have mentioned, there is no parking at the house but Lisa provided easy online options so I had that organised before we got there. Overall a wonderful stay and we'll certainly be back!

The location was very, very good. All restaurants and shopping were reachable within a few minutes' walk. Within a 3-minute walk you could reach the surfing beach, which was especially impressed by the children with its waves. A dog beach was also within walking distance, which was especially convenient for us in the morning and evening. We would definitely come back.

Take a step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in this super cute cottage for 2 and a well behaved dog to accompany you on those walks. Relax in the open plan dining and sitting room with cosy wood burner, this single ground level stone barn conversion with exposed oak beams, double bedroom and shower room is the perfect hideaway to a Cornish pace of life.

Please note there unfortunately isn't any wifi in the property and Lamorna has very limited telephone reception. We do not recommend Kiddleywink for guests needing to be contactable 24/7.

A perfect place..

You can don your walking boots to the rugged footpath which leads to the nearby fishing village of Mousehole or nip to the famous ‘The Wink Inn’ just metres from the front door of the cottage. Lamorna has long been the inspiration for artists, writers and explorers alike.

With parking right outside and a small decked terrace this perfect Cornish bolthole is only a short walk from the Cove .Take advantage of an early morning sea swim, or find inspiration for those who are passionate in their own art or creative writing, or as a base to explore the hidden coves of West Cornwall.
