Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the balcony..

3a Sea View Place has its own private entrance, up a flight of stairs to the double bedroom and bathroom, which contains a bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC. The second flight of stairs lead to the open plan living space, kitchen/diner with a sofa bed that can also accommodate another person. With the addition of patio doors leading to a private balcony with possibly the most stunning sea view available in St Ives. The ever changing spectacular colours of the Atlantic Ocean provide a daily and constant delight, with the local wildlife a source of entertainment.

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped and includes all utensils, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, separate small freezer, washing machine and iron. With a dining table to seat 4 in the open plan space, this really is the hub of the apartment to then sit back and relax and maybe enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony after a day exploring. There are TVs in both the lounge and bedroom, offering Smart features.

3a Sea View Place is a pet friendly property which can accommodate a well behaved dog which makes it the perfect location as Bamaluz beach which can be seen below from both the balcony and bedroom is an all year round dog friendly beach. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Thank you Sandy Toes for such a memorable holiday to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary. The accommodation at 3A Seaview Place was simply adorable!! Such a comfortable apartment with all needs catered for. We loved the balcony overlooking the stunning beach below and when the sun shone and the waves came rolling in, we found ourselves stuck to this little dream and never needed to go anywhere. The accommodation has the most excellent location for all the stunning local beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants and as we came during the first stage of easing lockdowns there were many take-away services at our doorstep or as we are oldies, we liked the fact that we could hook up 2 deckchairs on the nearby harbour and bring our own picnic always going back to apartment for anything we'd forgotten or toilet facilities just a few steps walk away! What more could you ask for?

Our only problem was that we could have stayed longer than a week so next time we will!!

Sandy Toes too brilliant as always on hand and emails returned so promptly (thank you Lisa) with any little queries we had at the beginning of our stay. Also, so nice to receive the Prosecco and card acknowledging our celebration. The snacks and pint of milk were also very welcome on arrival and the lovely coffee and tea! So nice in fact we had to buy the local brews to bring home with us.

On that note all I can say is we can't wait to return one day soon.

Perfect holiday cottage. Incredible views and comfortable and clean. This is our second stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again. The balcony is a lovely addition and we spent most of our time sat watching the waves and seals. Check in was easy and there was a lovely welcome package of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as well as fresh flowers. We love the place!

If you’re looking for the best view in St Ives and a central location then this is the accommodation you don’t want to miss. The apartment is airy and bright with the sunrise to the back of the apartment and the sunset to the front, it is drenched in sunshine all day! The location is perfect, just around the corner from two beaches and a 30 second stroll to the nearest beach. Inside it is clean, minimalist and stylish- a great base for relaxing. The balcony overlooking the ocean is by far the best part of the apartment, it’s worth staying here just for this. We sat there for many hours watching the world go by. The uninterrupted sea views gives a real nautical feel- it’s like you’re staying on a cruise liner. I definitely recommend this apartment and hope to be back soon.

An outstanding apartment, with amazing views.
My wife and I spent a week there, it is very close to all the local amenities and for us, in particular, it was very suitable as we had a dog with us and the apartment, is located directly above the dog beach.
The apartment was exactly the right size for two people, although there is a pull-out sofa bed as well for one extra person if you needed it.
Everything we needed was there, from beach chairs, beach umbrella , all the kitchen equipment you may need, should you decide to cook for yourself
In summary, a fantastic place which we really enjoyed and hope to return to

A thoroughly enjoyable few days at 3a Seaview, a compact little gem right on the beach with the most stunning views of an ever changing seascape. Light and airy living space with that fantastic little balcony overlooking Bamaluz Beach, and a warm and cosy bedroom with a great sea view. Welcoming touches like a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and some Cornish biscuits in the kitchen went down very well! Amazing to wake up every day to the sights, sounds and smell of the sea, and to watch the pod of local dolphins playing off the rocks outside the balcony, and to laugh at the two cheeky resident gulls who kept us amused with their antics whilst eating our breakfast, outside on the balcony each morning. Ideal location for strolling into the harbour for dinner and drinks, and a host of good quality restaurants (Talay Thai very good) open even at the beginning of February.

Staying here was comfy as staying at home with the luxury view of the sea, like something you'd see in a movie!
My favourite aspect of staying here was the sound of the waves at night. Every night, we had the window open, listening to the waves. We miss this!
It's quite difficult to find a place like this anywhere, especially in St Ives, bonus being dog friendly.
The 3 of us had the time of our lives, was definitely our favourite holiday ever!
The owners have ensured that the place was kitted out with everything and anything you could possibly need for a beach holiday.
Perfect location for any dog owner, right above the dog beach.
This stay is a MUST! 🐾

Brilliant communication, super easy check in and Wow, amazing accommodation! The views are stunning, we felt so relaxed within minutes. It’s a beautiful thing waking up to the sight and sound of the sea. The sofa was comfy and my husband now wants one of the beanbags for home. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need but we ate out most of the time. There were lovely little touches with fresh flowers, milk, tea, (proper) coffee and yummy biscuits. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean with a great shower and towels provided. The guest folder had lots of handy tips for things to do and places to eat which was really helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and if we visit St Ives again, we will definitely check availability. Thank you for a lovely stay, Helen, Ian and Ruby

If you get the chance to book this place then do it for the view alone! You couldn’t have more of a sea view unless you were in it! The place itself is absolutely beautiful, proper seaside decor. We loved this place so much and we will be back! Perfect for a get away right in the centre of St. Ives with our dog. 10/10

Lovely flat with great views. The kitchen window looks out over the harbour beach which was lovely as well.

The place was spotless and the view from the flat over looking Babalouz beach was fantastic. Each morning we spotted the dolphins jumping out of the sea which was amazing. The flat is right in the centre of town and near all the restaurants. We stayed many times in St Ives but this flat has the best view I ever had, you can hear the waves crashing into the beach at night.
