Golden Sands Upper is bright and airy apartment which has fantastic sea views from its elevated viewpoint. An apartment with evocative styling enveloped by Cornish sunsets, makes this a luxury choice for your couple's getaway.
The master bedroom with baby pink hues boasts a plush king size bed with ample storage and vanity area. The marble style bathroom is complete with shower over bath facilities.
The open plan living space has the wow factor with floor to ceiling bi fold doors, you can enjoy the sea views from the balcony, kitchen, dining table or crescent sofas. There’s plenty of space to kick back and lose yourself in the scenery.
The modern kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs, complete with sunshine yellow appliances. The living space leads to a stunning balcony with stretching views of Porthmeor beach and Man's Head. It is equipped with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee or a pre dinner glass of wine.
One allocated off site parking space is available at the St Ives RFC car park.

Golden Sands Upper is the perfect place for two. Immerse yourself in the rich St Ives culture, whether it be an art or pottery class, a spa day with ocean views or a surf lesson on Porthmeor beach. Ending the day by picking up some of St Ives' locally distilled craft spirits or locally brewed craft ale to enjoy on the balcony while watching the sunset.

We’ve enjoyed a fresh and blustery two weeks in St Ives. The apartment is modern, clean and very well thought out. There was nothing we wanted for. Lisa was helpful and responded to messages cheerfully and quickly. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the island (just a short walk). We spotted tuna and common dolphins in St Ives Bay as well as many different types of birds. St Ives Bakery is worth a visit for cruffins!
Five star stay. Fantastic location and amazing apartment. Has everything you could need for two people. The apartment was spotlessly clean and our host was fab with communication. Nearest beach less than a five minute walk, really close access to the Harbour and the rest of St Ives. Would recommend having a beach crawl day and also taking the train from St Ives to St Erth and back for the scenic views, truly stunning. You won’t regret your stay here. We would return in a heartbeat.
Absolutely splendid stay. Breathtaking ocean view, spotless refurbished interior, close to everything in St Ives, perfectly priced for our budget, and wonderfully thoughtful and responsive team. Honestly couldn’t ask for much more!
Lovely apartment, had everything you could need and was very clean. It’s in a great location and an amazing view to wake up to. The team at Sandy Toes were efficient and provided little extras which was appreciated.
An amazing place, even better than the pictures made out. I could stare at the view all day. The whole place was very clean and had everything you need and more. The parking space was an added bonus. A short (and hilly!) walk into town and very close to the beach. Quiet and cosy apartment and really comfy bed. Great communication with Sandy Toes. I would love to go back again.
Fantastic views, creature comforts and ideals located for walks either into the town, over to the sea front of just wandering.
Make sure you've got a nice small back pack for the 08:00 bakery run down the hill.

Great apartment for a couple. Close to the town centre and beaches. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Added bonus of a parking space was available when we stayed over the new year.
Beautiful and amazing place to stay. So relaxing and cosy, It has everything you could want and communication with Lisa it's brilliant. You feel really safe due to covid, as the place it's immaculate clean. Restaurants, places to visit and the town it's just a few minutes walking. All the extra touches are perfect. We will definitely go back. 😊 x

Quiet location and only 2 minute walk into town.
Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, bed was super comfy.
Bonus having a car parking space in St Ives.
