Awesome house. Super stylish space and unbeatable location. Close to beaches, town centre and parking. Really comfortable beds. Great kitchen/living area and facilities. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you for providing such a lovely property for people to stay in. It has the old charm and quaintness that it should rightfully keep but a super modern and clean cut kitchen and bathrooms. The balance of old and new is perfect.
The communication from Lisa was really friendly and super quick responses were provided which was excellent!
Our 9 month old loved the downstairs layout as he could crawl around the ground floor with no issues and we could keep our eyes on him at all times being it's so open and spacious. Myself and my partner are on the taller side, he's 6'4", and we did clip our heads a couple of times on the low 2nd bedroom sloped ceiling and a couple of lampshades but once we got used to the layout it wasn't an issue.
The location is fantastic, we have stayed a couple of doors away from this house before, it couldn't be in a better place for access to the beaches, bars and shops.
If you couldn't tell we were absolutely over the moon with this property and will definitely look at booking again. Thanks so much!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Beautiful, homely and every detail is well thought out and considered. Location is ideal - right in the middle of town but super quiet and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of local artwork. Beds were SO comfy. We had the best time here and didn’t want to leave - we will definitely return! 

We recently had the most wonderful stay at the Artist’s Cottage and would recommend to anyone looking for a cosy, comfortable home within a few minutes walk of all the action. The cottage had all the amenities we could possibly need and we felt right at home! Thanks so much for a superb visit 🙂

Lovely house, great location, 1st time to St Ives and Cornwall! Decided on a staycation in light of what’s happening (we always go abroad - never holiday in the UK), but we all loved St Ives so much and are already looking to go back next year! We would prob would stay a bit further out next time just to get a little garden for the dog and maybe parking, and a little less night time seagull noise but that’s just for ease for us having a dog and a toddler, can’t fault this property - cute touches with books and games hidden all over - we had plenty of card games! Enjoy!

The best place to stay in St Ives. Perfect location, a stone's throw from the harbour front, but still quiet and private. Great communication, easy check-in and beautiful cottage. Didn't want to leave.

Gorgeous stay in st Ives in a beautiful little cottage located perfectly for walking to the harbour, beaches and shops! The living area downstairs felt very spacious and was great for family meal times and movie nights! upstairs the beds were comfy and bedrooms beautifully decorated. My only comment would be that if you are very tall this may not be the place for you as some of the doorways are quite low and the bath is designed for a shorter person! Still 5 stars and would thoroughly recommend

We fell in love with the quirky characterful cottage as soon as we arrived. It is so peaceful and calm yet only minutes to the hustle and bustle of St Ives and easy access to stunning beaches and coastal walks. It’s been lovingly designed to feel like a cosy lived in home yet wonderfully tidy and clutter free. We loved our week, it was a soothing balm for the soul and I can’t wait to go back!

I kind of don’t want to tell anyone else about this JEM as I want it all to myself whenever I want to book - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! Best nights sleep, it’s winter but I turned the radiator off, slept with the window open to hear the waves under lots of blankets. I saw dolphins and seals from bed! The log fire is wonderful. Everything we needed AMAZING location for the sea and town! It’s my new favourite place in the world. Wow!

We sadly left 3 Sea View Place this morning after a wonderful stay in St Ives. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and the welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee and logs was lovely. As we were leaving, a couple were interested in the cottage and thought it looked lovely - and had a quick tour. We pointed them in the direction of Sandy Toe stays website. Thank you again for your hospitality. We have had a memorable stay and would love to return next year.

Absolutely amazing accommodation - the views were just incredible! We had really good communication with Sandy Toes Stays from the off. We booked for my Mum's 60th birthday and upon check-in we were welcomed to fresh daffodils and a chocolate slab with a birthday message iced onto it. We certainly weren't expecting that and it was such a lovely personal touch. We loved the house. The location is perfectly central. Everything is just a few minutes walk from your front door, including all of the quirky little shops and the many fabulous eateries that St Ives has to offer. Thanks, we had the best time in 3 Sea View Place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the sea so you can hear the waves all the time was amazing. The view from the lounge and windows was great and several mornings we even saw dolphins and seals!
The property is in the heart of the harbour area and so we could easily walk to restaurants and beaches as well as the Tate. Being low season we were easily able to park in the Island Car Park so that was super convenient. The amenities at the house were all good; it was a very comfortable stay and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in St Ives and explore this part of Cornwall.

The only place to stay in St Ives. My friends and family can't wait to visit after seeing my pics on instagram! Magical place. Thank you x

Fabulous place! Everything was there that you might need. We cooked each day, and the kitchen was like cooking at home. All the restaurants and shops are just minutes walk away. The Island car park is very close and almost empty in January. The house was very quiet and all the facilities were excellent. To be able to sit and watch the sea come in and out with the roaring fire was just fabulous.

You couldn't get much closer to the sea with views out onto a quiet beach from all three rooms/floors. Situated next to the harbour you are yards from coffee shops, restaurants, gallaries, and coastal path. Parking was much easier than anticipated too on Smeaten's pier.

We had such a beautiful stay. Our accommodation was so comfortable. The views outside our windows were priceless! There was nothing lacking in our accommodation, everything was perfect. The wood fire place was so welcome. We so appreciated the sweet little Christmas decorations.
St Ives was a beautiful holiday destination. I can imagine it must be so busy in season. We were lucky to not be too crowed at the time of year we chose. We would love to come back again in the future.

Perfect holiday cottage. Incredible views and comfortable and clean. This is our second stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again. The balcony is a lovely addition and we spent most of our time sat watching the waves and seals. Check in was easy and there was a lovely welcome package of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as well as fresh flowers. We love the place!

If you’re looking for the best view in St Ives and a central location then this is the accommodation you don’t want to miss. The apartment is airy and bright with the sunrise to the back of the apartment and the sunset to the front, it is drenched in sunshine all day! The location is perfect, just around the corner from two beaches and a 30 second stroll to the nearest beach. Inside it is clean, minimalist and stylish- a great base for relaxing. The balcony overlooking the ocean is by far the best part of the apartment, it’s worth staying here just for this. We sat there for many hours watching the world go by. The uninterrupted sea views gives a real nautical feel- it’s like you’re staying on a cruise liner. I definitely recommend this apartment and hope to be back soon.

An outstanding apartment, with amazing views.
My wife and I spent a week there, it is very close to all the local amenities and for us, in particular, it was very suitable as we had a dog with us and the apartment, is located directly above the dog beach.
The apartment was exactly the right size for two people, although there is a pull-out sofa bed as well for one extra person if you needed it.
Everything we needed was there, from beach chairs, beach umbrella , all the kitchen equipment you may need, should you decide to cook for yourself
In summary, a fantastic place which we really enjoyed and hope to return to

Staying here was comfy as staying at home with the luxury view of the sea, like something you'd see in a movie!
My favourite aspect of staying here was the sound of the waves at night. Every night, we had the window open, listening to the waves. We miss this!
It's quite difficult to find a place like this anywhere, especially in St Ives, bonus being dog friendly.
The 3 of us had the time of our lives, was definitely our favourite holiday ever!
The owners have ensured that the place was kitted out with everything and anything you could possibly need for a beach holiday.

Brilliant communication, super easy check in and Wow, amazing accommodation! The views are stunning, we felt so relaxed within minutes. It’s a beautiful thing waking up to the sight and sound of the sea. The sofa was comfy and my husband now wants one of the beanbags for home. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need but we ate out most of the time. There were lovely little touches with fresh flowers, milk, tea, (proper) coffee and yummy biscuits. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean with a great shower and towels provided. The guest folder had lots of handy tips for things to do and places to eat which was really helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and if we visit St Ives again, we will definitely check availability. Thank you for a lovely stay, Helen, Ian and Ruby

If you get the chance to book this place then do it for the view alone! You couldn’t have more of a sea view unless you were in it! The place itself is absolutely beautiful, proper seaside decor. We loved this place so much and we will be back! Perfect for a get away right in the centre of St. Ives with our dog. 10/10

Lovely flat with great views. The kitchen window looks out over the harbour beach which was lovely as well.

The place was spotless and the view from the flat over looking Babalouz beach was fantastic. Each morning we spotted the dolphins jumping out of the sea which was amazing. The flat is right in the centre of town and near all the restaurants. We stayed many times in St Ives but this flat has the best view I ever had, you can hear the waves crashing into the beach at night.

4 Brewery Court was so lovely, Sandy Toes Stays were also really quick and helpful when responding to any queries! The place itself was clean and cosy. Great location as well. There is also a folder with such handy tips for local things to do and see. Fantastic stay and would strongly recommend.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at 4 Brewery Court. There are plenty of places for food nearby and a fully equipped kitchen. The top floor is spacious and perfect for relaxing, with the added bonus of heated floors. The beach in Hayle was really beautiful to walk along, and we enjoyed day trips to St Ives and a cycle to Lands End - the location was ideal.

I would 100% recommend this place! Such a beautiful little upside down house. So spacious, airy and beautifully decorated. Great location for driving to lots of beautiful costal walks, attractions and towns. Its also near a huge beach and the best pastys-Philips Pastys! Can't wait to come back to Cornwall and stay here again!

4 Brewery Court is amazing! So modern and clean, the facilities were brilliant and location was perfect! Nice book aswell with lots of tips of places to see and visit whilst in Cornwall! Would 100% recommend to anyone to stay here! Having own parking was great and really handy! Great pub just down the road which did amazing food too!

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The location in Hayle is very handy - some nice pubs on the high street and a big ASDA a 10 minute walk down the road. I would recommend getting the train to St Ives - it was a great way to get around and offers some lovely views. Lisa’s place was very clean and tidy. It’s a great size for a couple and it is exactly as you see in the pictures.

This was a lovely flat with a beautiful loft space, and large, comfortable bedroom. Check in was simple, and the parking space was really handy. The WiFi is good (if you need it!) and the kitchen is well set up for cooking your own meals. A great base for exploring St Ives and the rest of the lovely beaches and towns of southern Cornwall.

Our stay at Poppy Cottage was everything that we expected and more! The cottage was beautiful, in a perfect location - only a 5 minute walk into the town or to the local coop and about 10 minutes to the beaches. A great size for just the two of us (me and my boyfriend) with a warming homely vibe! Lisa was a good host to us, leaving us some lovely little extras for when we arrived, and very quick and helpful communication the whole time. St Ives for New Years Eve was a great vibe and everyone was really friendly, lively brilliant atmosphere for dressing up and fab fireworks to bring in the NY! - would totally recommend, and this cottage was perfect for us for this short stay! The bed was very comfortable and the whole cottage was very sweet & comforting. Lovely shower, kitchen and living space, with everything you could need.

We had a lovely short stay at Poppy Cottage. Shame about the weather but we did get out between the showers. We loved the cottage - so cosy. Fab shower, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. It was great to have parking as all the local car parks were full. We arrived quite early and contacted Lisa to see if we could park the car even if the cottage wasn’t ready and she allowed us to get in early which was really great. We would definitely stay at a Sandy Toes property again.

Lovely authentic cottage with a handy garage. Quiet, convenient and comfortable. A short walk to the town and beach. Shops at both ends of the main road off the lane location.

Wonderful host,lovely cute and cosy cottage, and having a garage is a really good added extra as parking in St Ives can be expensive and sometimes hard to find. Our host went above and beyond even leaving our daughter who was turning 18 while we were there a Birthday card and present. This cottage has everything you need for a relaxing break and a super comfy bed. We will be back!

I had a wonderful Christmas week staying at the lovely cosy Poppy Cottage. On Christmas Eve there was a problem with the heating thermostat. I reported it at 930pm and wonderful Serena and her husband were round within the hour to fix it. Outstanding service! Thanks so much- I will definitely return to stay here. So handy for the town and beaches and everywhere we wanted to go. Great experience!

We really enjoyed a relaxing stay in this cottage. It is small but we were expecting it to be as per the property description. Location is about a 10 mins walk up from the main part of St Ives.
Cottage had everything we needed. There is a small patio which was handy for our dogs.
